Undermining the success of the project is probably the reason why I choose to not delegate the most. From a project at home to event planning, I have a hard time delegating. And, I know sometimes it would be okay to.

I love this post. Very well thought out, Whitney. I am a big delegator, but you're absolutely right--there are some times I shouldn't be delegating!
